As a transplant to Montana myself, moving here in 1998. I am familiar with the charming way the Billings community draws one in! I had the pleasure of raising my two delightful daughters here in the haven between The Rimrocks and the Yellowstone River. Taking part in the Commercial Real Estate sales industry for the past 18 years, I have enjoyed assisting people grow their businesses which in turn has expanded The Magic City. Some of my very first clients have loyally supported my growth all these years, allowing me to take part in such meaningful transactions as fully leasing 60,000 SF of space in the Shiloh Commons and site selection for the groundbreaking Rocky Vista University Montana College of Osteopathic Medicine.
One of the most fulfilling parts of my position as the owner and supervising broker of Coldwell Banker The Brokers (specifically focused on residential real estate) and Coldwell Banker Commercial CBS (specifically focused on commercial real estate) has been the opportunity to assist other small businesses and real estate professionals connect and grow. Seeing new businesses thrive here is something multiple groups root for. Serving on the board for Big Sky Economic Development for the past 3 years has been exceedingly encouraging to take part in their endeavors to attract and keep premium talent in our beloved city.
Exploring and enjoying the great outdoors in the same area I get to build my business provides key quality of life factors for me. You will likely run into me with my girlfriend and our mini schnauzer, affectionately referred to as “Bug”, at the Farmer’s Market, a history focused event at the Moss Mansion, at our favorite gardening center/coffee shop at Roots, or wandering along the mighty Yellowstone River at Norm Schoenthal Island. The blend of natural beauty and cultural events mean we never run out of things to keep ourselves learning.
